Usage Data: Device information, IP address, and app usage statistics for analytics and service improvement.

• To facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between Parents and Providers.

• With Activity Providers: We share booking information (Parent name, contact details, and child details) strictly for fulfilling booked activities.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Skedool platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

"User/Parent" – any individual using Skedool to find or book activities.
"Provider" – businesses or individuals offering activities through Skedool.
"Activity" – classes, sessions, events, or programs listed by Providers.
"Platform" – the Skedool application, website, and related services.

3. Scope of Service (Marketplace Disclaimer)

Skedool is a technology platform that connects Parents with Providers. Skedool is not the activity provider and is not responsible for the quality, safety, delivery, or execution of the activities. The service contract is directly between the Parent and Provider.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Skedool may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Rules for Parent Users

• Use the booking and payment system responsibly.
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Provider, though Skedool may assist in processing refunds.
• Reviews and ratings must be honest, non-abusive, and compliant with platform guidelines.

6. Rules for Activity Providers

• All activity information must be accurate and updated.
• Providers must hold relevant certifications, licenses, and insurance.
• Providers are responsible for service quality, safety, and schedules.
• Payment terms, commissions, and settlement rules apply as per Skedool’s policies.
• Provider use of user data must comply with privacy and safety standards.
• Each Provider must clearly define and adhere to their cancellation/refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Skedool owns all rights to its platform, logo, and technology. User-created content (photos, activity listings, reviews) remains their property but grants Skedool a license to display and use such content on the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Skedool is not liable for issues arising from Provider services, including safety, performance, delays, cancellations, or quality. Skedool is also not responsible for technical interruptions or data loss.

9. Indemnification

Users and Providers agree to indemnify and hold Skedool harmless from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Termination

Skedool may suspend or terminate any account for fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or misuse of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Skedool may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
